Please allow processing time for 5 to 15 working days after you place your order as each one of our steering wheels is made by hand and inspected before shipping out.

The day we dispatch your parcel you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. Depending on your location, the delivery itself will take between 1 and 5 working days (within European union, for other countrys delivery time may vary). . If there’s a specific date by which you need to receive your product and want to check if we can make it happen, please send an email to info@trieri.hr We’ll be happy to respond and let you know what we can do.

If your delivery address is outside of the EU please note these may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.

We hope you’ll love your Trieri products. But if for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied, it’s super simple to return them with our 30 day returns policy.
Within 30 days of receiving your Trieri products, send back the item that you wish to return and we’ll replace them or refund the amount you paid us. Items bought online are returned to our workshop in Zagreb, Croatia (EU) at your own expense, unless damaged, and should be unused and returned in their original packaging.
